Multimedia Music & Art

Way back in time, I studied music. In my final year, I found myself getting more and more interested in adding visuals to the music I was composing. I created a series of audio visual projects during my program. The largest of those projects was “Fish.”

“Fish” involved composing a piano duet for 3 players (6 hands). Paired with hand painted animations. This was completed as part of my Bachelor or Arts Honours program, majoring in Music. It was first screened at “An Evening of New Music, Installation Art, Telematics, and Video” at the Alumni Theatre, Carleton University, Ottawa, Ont. Later it was screened outdoors at the 2013 Arboretum Festival, Arts Court, Ottawa, Ont.

Below is my visual composition, “Fish”
