Finally, some time to sit down at the computer : )   …I have been drawing A LOT…and I’m running low on pencils:

Anyway, as I mentioned before, I was working away on a new drawing called Carry Forward (photo below). The scale of this figure is larger than life size. I hope it gives the sense that this character has a lot of strength (to Carry forward). My update is that it is more or less finished (Woohoo!). The tricky part was the hair, especially from this semi-worm’s eye perspective. Of course I will probably do some final touch ups and detail work before I put it on display at my show, but for now I can move onto the next one! (More on that later…)

Below is a quick photo I took near the end of hours of drawing…perhaps that’s why my camera work seems so lopsided, haha.   Also on the right you can see the start of three new smaller drawings I’ve started. What do you think?
