Summer time creativity and art classes!

Happy July everyone! I hope you are able to find some time to doodle and have some creative play over the summer months. I’ve started sketching outdoors again and it feels so good! Recently I spent my morning and afternoon at Maple Lawn garden (see some photos below). If you’ve never been I recommend it. It’s a beautiful historic walled garden in the west end of Ottawa, Canada. It is a super place to start sketching and painting outdoors as it is not too big (or too small), has shaded areas to sit, picnic tables, benches, and it is not too crowded (for those a bit shy) 🙂

Summer Classes all open for registration!

If you want to join me and my oh so creative life, why not take an art class with me! haha! Registration is now open for my online classes with the Ottawa School of Art and there are some spots available in my  virtual summer camps with the City of Ottawa. Please note, if you want to register your child for a July art camp, do it ASAP as they have a tight deadline for art kit pick up times. Visit my teaching page for more information and registration details. As always feel free to share!
